At Mountain View Dental, we provide our patients with the high-quality service they deserve. We handle all aspects of general dentistry and also provide additional services such as cosmetic treatments, implants, and root canals. Currently, our office is seeking a Hygiene Assistant for our practice in Alamogordo, NM! The right fit must be engaging with patients, gets along well with others and is team oriented. If this grooves with you, we'd like to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentist by handling supplies and instruments as requested.
• Prepare tables and trays for dentist with necessary instruments and supplies.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Ensure appropriate supply of equipment and materials.
• Perform patient charting as instructed by the dentist.
• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Document patient dental history and updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Dental Experience Preferred
• CPR Certification
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of practice management software
• X-Ray Certified (after 90 of employment)

Salary Expectations

From $14 - $18/hr
