YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility! We are expanding our staff of caregivers and looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Unit Manager to lead and oversee one of our skilled nursing units.

Some Responsibilities of the Unit Manager:

• Maintain the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by all nursing personnel in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
• Maintains the highest degree of quality care at all times and provides direct nursing care as needed.
• Make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and family members.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
• Positive and upbeat attitude
• Long-term care experience preferred
