Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Conduct sales transactions, handle cash, and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications to customers
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to drive sales

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or technology sales
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Fluency in is a plus for effective communication with bilingual customers
- Knowledge of wireless products and services is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups
