Job Overview

The Check-In Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all travelers during check-in. You will be checking concertgoers in at Union Station and guiding them to the bus. Here is an example of a work shift. The night prior around midnight you will need to drive to Red Rocks and set up the cone zone for our vehicles (approx 2.5 hours door to door from downtown). On the following day, at 10 am you need to reserve meters with cones (10 min), and around 4 pm you will need to be at Union Station to check passengers in (1 hour).

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding transportation and meeting location.
• Handle check-ins in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Must have a personal vehicle
• Must have a Smartphone and a Printer
• Must live close to Denver downtown
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer Service experience is required.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by scheduling which will vary according to the company needs.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
