Customer Care Coordinator
You are a hardworking, passionate, customer service-minded, team player who is looking for the right place to call home. You pride yourself on accuracy, organization and strong follow-through. You have solid knowledge of QuickBooks functionality and/or general bookkeeping, are proficient in Microsoft Office and an understanding or willingness to learn solution-based sales. You are able to work well under pressure, manage multiple and simultaneous timelines and make decisions quickly. Your decisiveness, diligence and ability to multi-task provide you the ability to get the job done, all while providing extraordinary service to our customers.
Essential Functions & Tasks:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and voice mails
- Convert phone calls into scheduled appointments
- Maintain, schedule and prepare the appointments for daily operations
- Daily data entry of billing/receipts
- Create and review all client documentation and files
- Support offsite operations
