Mountain Comprehensive Care Center is hiring Outreach Specialists. The Outreach Specialist interacts in the local community. The Outreach Specialist will develop referral sources and build working with contacts to maintain referrals and get new referral sources for our residential, IOP, OP, and TRP services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain local community partnerships specifically with local courts and other established partners to assist individuals with a substance use disorder in obtaining residential and/or outpatient treatment.

Work with intake department at residential and other company services (IOP, TRP, OP).

Build and strengthen relationships government, community, and other local organizations.

Guard the privacy of all persons and client's information in accordance with MCCC’s privacy policies, procedures, and practices as required by federal and state law.

Experiences and Education

High School diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years experience in the addiction field

Qualifications

Computer knowledge and literacy with software programs

Self-driven with the ability to work with minimum supervision

Team orientated, organized, and detail focused.

The ability to prepare and give public presentations

Enjoys working with the public
