Mount Olivet Day Services, an adult day services provider in South Minneapolis, is looking for a person interested in adult day respite services to assist in meeting the needs of elderly participants in our holistic activity programs. This position is day hours, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Main responsibilities include:

• Assisting with onsite activities for participants through a monthly activity calendar;
• Assist participants with activities of daily living, including games, trivia, puzzles, arts and crafts, and meal service;
• Maintains confidentiality in all matters;
• Responsible for bringing joy, laughter, and quality to the lives of our geriatric participants.

A team player is required, with compassion, kindness, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ethical and honest conduct is necessary, and all employees must pass the state healthcare background study.
