Mount Olivet Homes, a 5-star long-term care provider in South Minneapolis, is looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as a newly created Resident Services Coordinator.

A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for customer service and responsible for ensuring our residents and family members have the highest level of care and personalized follow-up. The Resident Services Coordinator position is dynamic and involves being accountable for various resident services. The right candidate should function as both a team member and a leader with a can-do attitude and the proven ability to succeed.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

· Assist residents, families, and staff by providing information, support, and organization regarding the medical assistance application process while creating a positive and welcoming experience.

· Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.

· Collect and verify resident information, insurance details, and private room / private pay deposits upon admission.

· Create clear, concise, and appropriate case notes.

· Assist residents and families with trust account transactions. Post all transactions into the accounting software and generate quarterly statements.

· Invoice Adult Day Service’s private and county programs and generate financial reports.

· Facilitate resident beauty/barber shop transactions.

· Accurately complete Resident Representative Payee reports with timely submission to the Social Security Administration.

· Accurately invoice long-term care insurance companies for resident stays.

· Generate and distribute Minnesota Dept of Health RUG Case Mix notifications

· Answer phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information to residents, family members, and staff.

· Assist with yearly financial audits.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment that is deadline-driven and fast-paced.

· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and move between them quickly.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Previous success in maintaining confidential data and information.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

· Exceptional customer service experience

Preferred but not required:

· Long-term care experience
