Motus is a business and brand development firm that specializes in creating engaging retail marketing events and interactive brand campaigns to take our clients' brand promotions to the next level. We are looking for innovative, team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others to fill current openings on our team as Sales Associates. The Sales Associate should be outgoing and self-driven, know how to have fun, and be comfortable engaging consumers in both group and one-on-one settings.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Work onsite at various in-store retail-based marketing events in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho aimed at generating brand awareness and revenue for our clients
• Communicate with consumers at local retail events to promote products and services
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss campaign goals, business development strategies and new ways to increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with fellow sales team members to expand campaigns that maximize visibility for our clients
• Engage customers at our promotional marketing campaigns to drive sales through the register
• Participate in additional business development training opportunities
• Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization

Sales Associate Requirements

• 1-2 years of leadership, management, sales or customer service experience
• Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
• Exceptional leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Positive attitude and competitive spirit
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to problem solve effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
• Strong desire to work in a leadership or management role
• Reliable transportation to travel up to 40 miles to our retail partners and transport promotional items, displays, & signage
• Ability to work retail hours
