We partner with leading retail stores throughout Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe, offering exciting in-store promotions and events where you’ll have the opportunity to shine. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Educate customers about our clients products and services, answering questions and providing recommendations.
  • Assist customers with their needs, whether it’s finding the perfect solution or resolving any concerns
  • Participate actively in in-store promotions and events, leveraging your expertise to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer service experiences and foster long-term relationships
  • Dedicate time to attending daily meetings aimed at deepening your understanding of our clients’ offerings and refining your sales and marketing techniques

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, serving, bartending, retail, or other customer-facing roles is preferred, demonstrating your ability to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn, coupled with a strong work ethic
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and earning commissions and bonuses
