BMW Motorrad training of any level is required by BMW Motorrad. Prior experience is a plus. Motorcycle endorsement is required. Must have clean driving record.
Our technicians are responsible for diagnosing and performing inspections, repairs, maintenance and installations in a timely manner and to a professional standard. We strive for customer satisfaction and retention, and assuring motorcycles are fixed correctly on the first visit.
Essential ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain your own daily tools. Special tools are supplied by the dealership. Keeping a clean work area.
Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems.
Determines the appropriate tests to perform on a vehicle to accurately identify the problem.
Completes repair orders in a timely manner.
Determines required parts to complete repairs.
Performs preventative maintenance, cleaning and repairs of dealership tools and equipment.
Diagnoses vehicles using appropriate tools, equipment and resources.
Provides technical advice and information to others as needed.
