Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Switchgear Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Verify that all components and devises are mounted properly, the product is manufactured correctly according to the customer specifications, and that all components function correctly.
• Fill out and file all required documentation in accordance with the necessary electrical listing body (UL, CUL, CSA)
• Ability to interface with engineering and customer to ensure product quality is maintained
• Understands quality standards particular to customer

Skills:

• Understands electrical control troubleshooting methods
• Proficient in reading/interpreting schematics
• Demonstrated knowledge of standard quality measuring instruments
• Understanding of UL, CUL, CSA, and NEC code book
• Ability to evaluate and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiar with PLC and communication applications and troubleshooting
• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended durations.
