POSITION SUMMARY
Manages the daily service operations and customer service support of the service center.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Supervise technicians to perform quality, timely and efficient work. Prioritizes schedules and assigns work.
- Promote and schedule training and development of service technicians.
- Responsible for delivering technician operating performance results in line with established and posted goals.
- Manages the failure analysis and warranty decision making process.
- Determine customer payment method and prepare internal external customer quotations.
- Maintain operation of shop and service areas in a safe, clean and effective manner as established by company policy.
- Comply with all federal, state and local regulations to operation including but not limited to EPA, OSHA, DOT and worker's compensation.
- Facilitate maintenance of company-owned shop equipment, vehicles and property.
- Manage shop supplies, tooling expenditures and related inventories.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Associate's or Technical School preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience required.
