We are expanding! Motoplex of Norfolk is looking for a Full-Time Service Writer who is passionate about the Powersports Industry and who LOVES working with people!

Organizational and communication skills are a MUST. Previous service writer experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Answering customer questions & service phone calls
-Create, maintain & build repair orders
-File warranty claims
-Schedule appointments
-Review repairs with customers
-Track parts, take parts orders & monitor repair order progress
-Calculate charges and process payments
-Work with insurance companies (estimates, repair photos, etc.)
-Entering customer & vehicle information into internal database

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
