The Motoplex powersports group has been growing these past few years now with stores in Norfolk and Columbus. Selling Brands such as Polaris, Can-am, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Gravley to name a few.

The Counter Salesperson position executes parts and accessory sales transactions for the dealership. The Counter Salesperson is responsible for assisting with customer and internal parts selection, and for selling parts and accessories to retail, internal, and wholesale customers by phone or over the counter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

*Greet and assist retail, internal, and wholesale customers with parts sales and delivery in a friendly and courteous manner.

*Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail customer in a timely manner.

*Accurately price parts and accessories and make corresponding entries on customer documentation and the computer system.

*Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry.

*Pull parts from stock and if not in stock, determine availability and relay to the customer.

*Stock incoming inventory in the correct location.

*Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner.

*Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.
