Sales Manager
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and organization skills, and have 3 years of experience managing people. We are looking for someone to be consistent, persistent, target-driven, motivated, and overall committed to the success of the dealership. We are fast paced so candidates must be able to handle pressure and multitasking. If this sounds like you, please email your resume. Motorcycle knowledge and license are a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management or related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
