Strong expertise with developing custom SharePoint solutions using modern web UI framework and REST2. Strong background in design and development of .NET applications and SQL skills3. Good understanding of SharePoint 2013 frameworks and out of the box features4. Proficient in technical analysis and problem solving5. Highly skilled in assessing technology options and recommend solutions for business requirements6. Ability to influence technical direction, design methodologies and patterns7. Ability to estimate, plan, lead, and execute complex technical projects8. Deep insight of infrastructure technologies and development environment optimizations9. Advocate for best practices in team development process, source code management, and build and deployment processes10. Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, ability to closely and effectively collaborate with the business, IT partner teams, team members, and mentor early career developers 11.
