Our client, a well-known SaaS marketing automation platform , is actively hiring a Remote Product Designer to join their team. This role will be 100% remote but must support EST business hours.

*This is a 3 month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*

As a Product Designer, you will be s upporting their Audience team and focusing on the first interactions customers have with their products. There are several updates the team is working on for the platform related to the voice of the customer so they are looking for a designer who will adhere to that feedback.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to unify the customer experience across products and platforms
• Understand and believe diverse perspectives
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to create designs based on findings
• Assist with user testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of Product Design experience
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with user testing platforms
