A local software company serving the education sector is currently in search of a PeopleSoft Application Development Manager to streamline processes and oversee their HCM and Finance development teams. This role is local to Westborough, MA and does require hybrid travel once a month.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft software daily lifecycle, the ability to implement changes to existing processes, and vendor management experience. Moreover, the company has future plans for technological migration and system updates. Previous PeopleSoft development experience, and experience with Phire is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in computer science, or a related field.
• 3 years of PeopleSoft experience
• Experience with vendor and relationship management.
