An insurance company local to Philadelphia, PA, are seeking a skilled individual for a 12-month contract-to-hire position focused on driving automation and enhancing self-service capabilities for both product teams and end users. You will be responsible for creating scripts and implementing tools that streamline processes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and problem resolution, ensuring smooth operations across all levels of the organization. This is hybrid in Philadelphia.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the CISO and GRC leads to develop security metrics, support compliance audits, and drive continuous security improvements. Your ability to manage time effectively between project-based work and operational tasks will be essential for success. You will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support when needed, tackling complex issues and architecting innovative solutions to meet evolving needs.
