Job Description Join a Female-Led Startup based in Chicago that is building an IoT platform to revolutionize the way consumers and businesses interact with common points of consumption and eliminate waste. In this role, you will be overseeing the development of the software platform, stemming across the user application, web application, subscriptions, reward programs, data, and back end processes and eventually building out your own team that will grow the product and company in the long run.
You will report to the Chief Product Officer and have daily interaction with the CEO, engineers, graphic designers, and other key groups to expand reach. If you have excellent communication and want to build an impactful platform for years to come and grow your skillset, this is your chance!

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
• 5 years of SQL experience
• 5 years of Python experience
• Experience in developing REST APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 5 years of leading software teams in a startup dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Experience managing outsourced engineers and agencies
• Experience communicating with distributed technical and business teams
• A self-starter who can anticipate and execute complex tasks without micromanagement
