Our client, the leader in the SaaS Identity space has an outstanding BT Technical Program Manager opportunity to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote contract role.
The TPM role is inherently cross-functional, requiring demonstrated ability to remove ambiguity, manage dependencies, communicate up and down the organization, and dive deep into technical details. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clarity of project/program goals and outlining the execution plans to achieve them.
Contract Duration: 4-Months
Required Skills & Experience
8 years of experience in project or program management in a Cloud BT organization with a focus on internal business systems (for example Salesforce.com, Workday, Anaplan, etc)
Strong technical aptitude; experience working hand-in-hand with business systems' technical owners, configuration administrators, software engineers, and/or business process owners
Excellent verbal and written communication; experience effectively communicating and presenting to teams located across different locations and people ranging from individual team members to C-level executives.
Knowledge and demonstrated ability in working with project management and collaboration Tools (Jira, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Miro, Confluence, etc)
Self-starter - able to work well in an ambiguous and constantly changing, fast paced environment
Bachelor's degree
Training in Project Management Methodology
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
Program and Project manage various initiatives within and beyond BT across multiple teams
Responsible for building and maintaining alignment across multiple teams, keeping a focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Take a hands-on and proactive approach to unblock progress and drive delivery
Employ strong communication strategies to establish effective partnerships providing clear and crisp transparency to the status and progress of initiatives at all levels of the organization
