Pay Range: $25-$33 per hour depending on experience
TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Matches vendor invoices to PO's and verifies pricing accuracy
• Processes vendor invoices and ensures proper general ledger coding
• Participates in weekly check run process
• Reviews vendor statements and researches any missing items or discrepancies
• Reviews new vendor paperwork to get them set up in multiple systems
• Collects and organizes employee expenses for posting to general ledger
• Assists with bank account and other balance sheet reconciliations monthly
• Manages the monthly billing process for other revenue
• Reviews accounts receivable and follows up to collect on past-due balances
• Reconciles monthly sales and credit card deposits
• Assists with document/data collection during annual audits
• Other tasks related to the above as assigned by controller

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:

• Minimum of 2 years processing high volume accounts payable, preferably in retail
• Minimum 1 year experience with creating journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Moderate to advanced skill level using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
• Prior experience with Sage Software preferred
