Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
- Demonstrate leadership skills when directing maintenance staff
- Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshoot logic controllers
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and management
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service when addressing maintenance issues
- Welding tasks as needed

Skills:

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in facilities maintenance
- Ability to weld

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of CMMS
- Strong leadership abilities
- Electrical repair skills, including logic controllers
- Fluency in English
