Moss Chiropractic is looking for a part time Biller to join our team. Flexible hours, no insurance billing is involved. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working, enjoys the challenge of meeting goals, has the ability to communicate effectively with patients and co-workers, has excellent math skills, and a strong work ethic. Our office takes a cross-training approach. We are a hard working, but fun loving office that enjoys helping our patients get and stay healthy.

*Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of billing/financial experience (Preferred)
• At least 1 year in a medical office (Required)

Responsibilities

• Maintaining excellent communication with patients
• Counseling patients on care programs
• Addressing patient inquiries
• Creating Financial Sheets
• Balancing the Day/Month
• Sending Out Patient Statements
• Following Up on PI/WC Cases
• Answering Phones
• Making Appointments
• Anything else necessary to help the office running smoothly and keep our patients happy

Hours

• Monday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (1-2 times per month)
• Tuesday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Wednesday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Thursday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
• For the right candidate hours can be negotiated (20-25 hours per week required)
