We are located on 18209 HILLCREST AVENUE Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working, enjoys the challenge of meeting goals, has the ability to communicate effectively with patients and co-workers, has excellent math skills, and a strong work ethic. We are a hard working, but fun loving office that enjoys helping our patients get and stay healthy.

*Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of financial experience
• At least 1 year in a medical office preferred.

*Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Financial Experience

Responsibilities

• Maintaining excellent communication with patients
• Counseling patients on care programs
• Addressing patient inquiries
• Creating Financial Sheets
• Balancing Daily/Monthly ledgers
• Sending Out Patient Statements
• Following Up on PI/WC Cases
• Working with business statistics
• Answering Phones
• Making Appointments
• Hours
• Monday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Tuesday 11:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Wednesday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Thursday 11:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Friday 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
