POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

  • Partner with Moss’ Internship Program Advisor to ensure alignment and understanding of program workflow, needs, potential project involvement
    • Prioritize all requests and projects, and work independently to resolve and/or connect with the appropriate support
  • Learn strong communication and people skills that are required for follow-ups for necessary information on day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR and personnel-related data
  • Learn HR reporting techniques and software to help draft, provide and propose program metrics based on request
    • Active Census, Full-time conversion, intern and supervisor feedback and rehire eligibility
    • Help curate previous year’s survey feedback/results for management to review
  • Assist with coordination/ideation that streamline HR Traffic
    • FAQ, Q&A Sessions, Microsoft Sway, Email Campaigns/Check-ins
    • Serve as point of contact for new employee swag fulfilment, and special welcome events
  • Maintains meticulous tracking of each task
    • Package Swag items to ship via FedEx
      • Update and maintain inventory records
    • Draft, review, and send retuning offer letters to potential employees using HRIS
  • Help with correspondence and coordination for 50 early career professional using JazzHR, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook to ensure a smooth and positive experience
  • Collaborating with program advisor and Marketing Team to review, and provide insight and ideas on orientation slide deck (110 slide decks)
  • Ensure a high-touch, positive, and responsive experience to all internal and external requests
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Currently a Junior/Senior/Recent Grad pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Experience with JazzHR and/or Workday a plus
  • Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
