We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as assisting with the conversion of warm leads into sales. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that they have a positive experience with our company.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
