SEEKING 1099 MULTI-FAMILY RENOVATION CREWS

Job Title: Renovation Crews

The piece crew is responsible for the complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units on a specified property or set of properties. This role performs all required activities in order to remodel the unit up to specified construction plans as dictated by the site superintendent, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.

• Minimum 3-5 years full time experience in construction field, remodeling, renovations
• Own majority of hand tools required to execute interior renovations, demo, drywall, paint, tile work and assembly.
• Positive attitude, flexible, trainable, and prompt.
• Demonstrate consistent strong work ethic with ability to work independently
