Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related, and we would like to see additional education or HRIC or SHRM certifications

• 8 years of Human Resources experience prefer high level of expertise in specialist areas including organizational development, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee, and labor relations.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR

• Experience with unions

• Manufacturing

Role will be ONSITE out of the Huntsville, AL facility.
