Job Summary
The Manager of Financial Reporting will be responsible for preparing all aspects of the Company’s monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, which will be delivered to senior management and the Board of Directors. Annually, this role will be responsible for preparing the audited consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures. In addition, this role will prepare the monthly reporting package delivered to the private equity owners and the quarterly reporting delivered to financial institutions. The Manager of Financial Reporting will also be responsible for researching technical accounting matters, implementing new accounting standards, and other ad hoc accounting projects and month end tasks, including statutory reporting and assisting with the completion of quarterly and annual Census and Statistical Reporting.
