Responsible for providing overall direction and leadership on a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) dominant project or for MEP scopes of work on medium to large projects to include the management of project quality, timeliness, safety, as well as mentoring the project team. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.
Manage the overall financial health of projects
Manage subcontracts and suppliers for the project
Manage Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s)
Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative
Manage change orders
Other duties as assigned, including:
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance
