- Functions as the main resource center to all callers and guests
- Ensures accurate visitor check in through the visitor check in process
- Produces visitor reporting as needed
- Initiates Codes as per safety guidelines
- Receives and provides direction to visitors while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proactive, approachable and solution focused
- Keep updated on all MorseLife processes, procedures, and company announcements
- Receive mail on weekends, sort, and notify Social Worker on call
- Performs clerical duties and provides assistance on projects as needed
