Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of technicians in the field. You will ensure the successful completion of projects related to network infrastructure, IT infrastructure, telecommunication, fiber splicing, equipment repair, and high voltage. Duties: - Supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance and support as needed - Coordinate and schedule work assignments for the team - Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient project execution - Provide training and development opportunities for team members - Handle any escalated issues or concerns from clients or team members Skills: - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, IT infrastructure, and telecommunication systems - Proficient in fiber splicing techniques and equipment repair - Ability to climb utility poles or use bucket trucks for aerial work - Experience working with high voltage systems - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines We offer competitive compensation based on experience and skills.
