Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by helping them with daily activities and personal care tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
