Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred

- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical records systems

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
