Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Land Survey Crew Chief for the Knightdale / Raleigh, NC area. Candidates should have experience with boundary, topographic and construction surveys, familiarity with automated survey instrumentation, and an understanding of construction plans and stakeout techniques. Candidates with 5 or more years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief is preferred.

Survey Crew Chief - JOB REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates will have:

• Ability to perform and work as a one-person crew utilizing state-of-the-art robotic and GPS equipment
• Working knowledge of construction layout, cut sheets and survey calculations, boundary and title surveys, topographic survey, and data collection of survey information
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills required
• Auto CAD experience is a plus
• 5 years of experience in the role of Field Party Chief
