Responsibilities

• Work towards becoming the lead producer on all jobs
• Partner with clients on the planning and execution of schedule, budgets, staffing, job info
• Contribute to creative presentations/projects
• Invoicing/billing
• Maintain new business materials
• Ensure editors have scripts/boards/gfx/etc. needed for each session
• QC spots, checking slates
• Maintain asset management logs
• Order footage as needed
• Client services (order/get lunch, coffee runs, etc.)
• Oversee the office space (common areas, kitchen, shipments, etc.)

Special Position Requirements

• Ability to work standard business hours in our Dallas, TX office
• Willingness to travel; currently ~10%
