Duties:
- Manage and Book Events through Toast Catering/ Email Correspondence
- Floor Manage and Bartend as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining room, coordinating the efforts of staff to maintain the flow of service, uphold quality standards, and address any customer concerns with tact and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements:

- 5 years of Bartending Experience
- Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management role
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and industry trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and ownership
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
