JOB VACANCY TITLE: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

LOCATION: Main Office

SALARY: $15.00 per hour STATUS: Non-Exempt

DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Processing of walk-in customer account payments
• Receiving incoming telephone calls, routing, and taking messages as applicable
• Reviewing customer accounts and resolving issues
• Processing mail
• Support Customer Service Representatives and Supervisor as directed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess the ability to work under supervision and work well with others
• Applicant should be well organized and detailed oriented
• Personal appearance and communication skills are important due to the level of involvement with the public
• Demonstrate the ability to consistently interact with the public in a cordial manner
