Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior technicians when necessary
