Morgan Stanley is Hiring a Marketing Operations Production Associate Near Boston, MA

We are looking for a career-minded professional to join our Global Marketing Operations team as a Marketing Operations Associate. The primary responsibility of this role will be to work with firm systems, databases, and resources to source quantitative and qualitative data to support the update and ongoing maintenance of various marketing collaterals. The role will also assist in identifying/executing new and impactful ways to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the marketing reporting platform and provide tactical support for strategic, data and integration projects, as needed.

The successful candidate will have experience in or knowledge of the investment management industry and know how to navigate within a fast paced, collaborative, global team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the update and ongoing maintenance of monthly/quarterly marketing collaterals, such as fact cards, performance summaries, presentations, commentaries, etc. 
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of collateral updates through the execution of quality controls, peer reviews, and data checks
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders across the firm in managing and executing Product Actions
  • Provide support with strategic, data and integration projects
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of the Marketing reporting platform
  • Provide backup coverage for team members, as needed

Key Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the investment management industry
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to focus on the finer details without losing sight of the larger picture
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver outstanding work product under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a globally dispersed Marketing Operations team
  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-5 years of financial services marketing experience
  • Ability to liaise confidently within and across multiple functional areas
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to AEM, Seismic, JIRA, Red Oak, and Teams a plus

 

 

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $95,000 at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
