Team Profile:
Our Bank Resource Management (BRM) desk within the Finance team is currently seeking to engage with Baltimore's leading talent to fill a BRM Management and Regulatory Reporting position. The position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, technology, people and communication skills. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the BRM reporting and regulatory disclosure processes. Reports produced are used by senior management to determine opportunity, allocate resources and measure performance. Responsibilities:
- You will gain an understanding of Morgan Stanley's Bank Resource Management desk and structure in order to accurately respond to frequent revenue and expense queries.
- You will prepare and distribute cyclical Financial Reporting including relevant business commentary used for presentations to various senior leaders across the Business Units and Finance Team.
- You will produce an array of regulatory reporting and analytics related to Bank Resource Management to be used for Regulatory submissions
- You will collaborate on ad hoc reporting for various personnel across Finance and Equity Business Unit
- You will assist on the evaluation and implementation of ongoing process improvements and automation as well as stronger controls over reporting..
-You will interact with various groups across the firm including the trading desk, operations, technology, regulatory and legal entity controllers, market/credit risk controllers.Preferred Qualities:
- You have some accounting/finance knowledge
