About The TeamThe Global KYC Advisory team is tasked with setting KYC policy in coordination with Global Financial Crimes Advisory and Legal colleagues, and implementing KYC control changes and enhancements, working directly with Operations, the Business Unit stakeholders and Firm Technology units where necessary.

Where You'll be WorkingThis role will require in office attendance 3 days/week. Two of those days will be Anchor Days where you will be in the office with your teammates to learn, grow, and collaborate in person.The Baltimore office is the Firm's largest U.S. office outside of New York, with approximately 2,000 employees representing most of the Firm's Divisions.

Expected base pay rates for the role in New York will be between $110000 and $190000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
