Morgan Properties is seeking a college student to intern with our Talent Acquisition department in Conshohocken for the Summer of 2024. This internship spans 12 weeks and presents a distinctive chance to immerse oneself deeply into the core of talent recruitment. It stands as an exemplary pathway for students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines. The role is designed to offer practical experience, professional guidance, and the opportunity to make significant contributions to our Talent Acquisition initiatives. Participants will engage directly with prospective candidates, assist in the onboarding process, and partake in projects aimed at refining our recruitment strategies. Through this, interns will acquire critical skills and knowledge within a dynamic and nurturing environment.
This is a paid, in-person internship starting on May 28th and ending August 9th with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
