What we’ll expect from you:
- Build and guide a team of skilled Maintenance Technicians by identifying issues and leading them to effective resolutions.
- Guide and educate maintenance technicians, fostering growth in their knowledge and skill set through mentoring and training initiatives.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Obtain HVAC certification within 90-days of employment if not already obtained.
- CPO certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience required.
- Reliable transportation is a prerequisite.
- Valid drivers license is mandatory.
