Job Title: Service Technician - Entry LevelPay Scale: $ Total compensation package up to and possibly exceeding $50k annually. Work Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion)Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.Reports to: Service Manager

Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or its equivalent• Valid driver's license• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely• Enroll in HVAC course and/or in house training programs• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given• Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills• Great Communication Skills • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude• Universal EPA Certification - required • Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School - required • Clean driving record• Possess tools needed
