Your RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will: Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency. At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center. History of achieving high QA/KPI scores. Familiarity with CRM systems; experience in home service industries is a plus but not mandatory.
