With a selling portfolio that consists of the nationally recognized WISC-TV and secondary station Television Wisconsin, the region’s number one local website, Channel3000.com; the award-winning city regional magazine Madison Magazine; and the pioneering digital marketing agency Phase 3 Digital allows us to be a unique one-stop shop for our customers. We’re in search of a skilled professional with a strong local focus, capable of integrating traditional and digital media for effective marketing strategies. As Sales Manager, you’ll lead a goal-driven sales team, fostering lasting client relationships and ensuring accountability. Responsibilities:
– Help lead, train, and motivate a local team of multimedia sellers with a wide range of experience and skills
– Work closely with the Director of Sales to drive local linear and digital sales initiatives.
– Establish partnerships with local businesses to develop tailored marketing solutions, meeting News 3 Now’s advertising goals.
– Drive revenue growth across television, digital, and magazine platforms.
– Act as a trusted advisor in digital advertising, building consultative relationships with account executives and advertisers.
– Provide guidance, direction, and motivation to personnel, setting and monitoring performance standards.
– Perform additional duties as required.
– Minimum of three to five years of media sales experience.
– Possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
