WISC/News 3 NOW has an immediate opening for an IT Helpdesk Associate to join the team in Madison, WI. This position serves as the main point of contact for employee IT support, and you will perform maintenance on computer and phones systems along with troubleshooting and repairs when problems arise. You’ll be joining a long-tenured team of IT and Engineering professionals inside of a high-performing local broadcast television station while working for a family-owned company in one of America’s most livable cities.
